Ashlee B. Media is dedicated to redefining Black media representation by highlighting the diverse and multifaceted aspects of Black culture. Through high-quality videography, compelling photography, innovative design, and engaging content, we explore the varied lifestyles, traditions, and entrepreneurial ventures within the Black community. Our projects are crafted to capture the essence of genuine experiences and celebrate the unique stories that shape Black identity today.
One of our signature projects, “Rooting for Everybody Black,” featured on our YouTube channel, exemplifies our mission by spotlighting Black-owned businesses and notable figures across the nation. This digital series offers a dynamic platform for these businesses and people to share their stories, showcasing the innovation and excellence within the Black community. By focusing on these narratives, we provide viewers with an insightful look into the ingenuity and resilience driving these enterprises, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Black entrepreneurship and community.

MEET ASHLEE
Few capture the full spectrum of our shared experiences. At Ashlee B. Media, we embrace this diversity, setting trends and reflecting cultures from around the globe. Though our backgrounds and stories may differ, our collective history and connections bind us in meaningful ways. Recognizing this early on, Ashlee B. Brown, founder and CEO of Ashlee B. Media, developed a passion for capturing and amplifying these unique bonds through media.
Her journey began at Hampton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and refined her craft in video production. There, Ashlee’s vision for a media approach that celebrates a wide range of experiences started to take shape. She learned to tell nuanced stories with both compassion and authenticity.
Ashlee’s career includes stints at ABC News, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Paramount, and News 12 Networks. Each role enhanced her skills and deepened her commitment to creating inclusive and dynamic content. Now, at the helm of Ashlee B. Media, she leads with a vision of representing diverse voices and experiences in a way that transcends conventional media narratives.
Under her leadership, Ashlee B. Media showcases a rich array of stories through video, photography, and engaging content creation. Each project aims to capture meaningful connections, and reflect the varied experiences of individuals and communities.
